Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for women in the School of Computer Science here at FIU and beyond. We seek to empower women to pursue a career in the challenging yet fruitful discipline by providing resources to help women succeed in their professional careers. Through our programs and activities we provide members with mentorship, and support to learn how to overcome gender issues. We are a community of individuals, of diverse ethnicities and genders, that are working towards sustaining an environment that advocates for equal opportunity.
